Chike is a fully qualified architect with twenty years post graduate working experience, part of which includes ten years in premier architectural practice Integrated Consultants Architects [founded by the former president Dr. Alex Ekwueme]. As the founder and Principal Director of PM + CDC Associates, he has overseen its growth and development to become the foremost provider of consultancy and design-build services to the banking sector in addition to developing a wide client base which includes telecoms, private residential schemes, the catholic church and private developers with a current turnover of over N500 Million/annum. Chike till date has founded other subsidiaries of PM + CDC Associates. These includes Orangeline Limited [a development and design company] and Frameworks Integrated Services Ltd [a management, services and maintenance company]
CHIEDU N. EDOZIE [M.Sc Arch], COO
Chiedu is a qualified architect and has been a pioneer staff of PM + CDC Associates. He has overseen several multi-million Naira projects for PM + CDC Associates including head office internal works for the then Econet Wireless [now Celtel], head office for then Trust Bank [now Sterling Bank] and recently completed LAPAL House phase 1 renovation/conversion works.
YEMI AKINLAJA [Mrs.], Business Manager/ EA to CEO
Mrs. Akinlaja is a graduate of the University of Lagos. An experienced administrator and training resource person, Mrs.Akinlaja has had extensive working experience in such companies as IBFC Agusto training, Profiliant Development Resources Ltd before joining PM + CDC Associates/Orangeline Ltd as Business Manager. Yemi’s strengths are in visioning and planning with a strong flair for entrepreneurship. She provides operational and managerial leadership for the firm, making strategic contributions in instructional design and delivery. She is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
OLUKUNLE ODUEKUN, Director of Studios
Olukunle Oduekun is currently a Project Architect with PM+CDC associates a firm where he started his career as an assistant architect in June 2003 after undergoing a 1 year youth service with the firm in 2002. Kunle has had extensive experience in the design of public buildings as he has spent the last 5years designing banks and office buildings a list of which includes physical branding for First Bank of Nigeria plc, Afribank plc, design of branches for GTBank, Intercontinental bank, UBA (formerly STB), Design and execution of a 5 storey office building off Ligali Ayorinde Victoria Island amongst other executed projects.
OBINNA EKEZIE, Project Architect
Obinna is a graduate of the University Of Nigeria Nsukka, shortly after joining the firm in 2012 as an assistant architect at PM+CDC Associates he soon became a project architect. He has tremendous design acumen and a good eye for form and space. As an integral part of the design team for the past four years, he has been immensely instrumental to the delivery of various residential and commercial developments in Lagos Nigeria which include:L5 Banana Island Ikoyi, Cooper Place, Ikoyi, The Bureau Ikoyi, The Mandarin V.I, amongst other on-going projects, some interventions and several proposals.
